Hello there!

My name is Tessa! I'm 30 years old and from Northeastern Ohio. My wife and I have been married for 6 years, and we have a 2 year old little boy who is our whole world. We also have a Labrador mix named Clover, and 3 cats named Marvin, Marmalade, and Josie.

I love to read, and I'll tackle any genre, but my favorites are horror, fantasy, and monster romance. My favorite authors include: Nat Cassidy, Catriona Ward, T. Kingfisher, M. L. Rio, and Matt Dinniman. I also spend much of my free time playing video games. I'm a huge fan of games like Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077, and Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

My writing is inspired by personal experiences and a long-time love and appreciation for the horror genre. My first step into horror as a kid was the Goosebumps series by R.L. Stine, and as I got older I discovered a love for scary movies as well. COVID gave me the time to rediscover my love for reading and writing, and I've now made my childhood dream come true with my first published short story: Expectant.
